La Femme Fierce (by US moms Club)
1. How many years have you been in business?
We started our club in 2022.
2. How did you get your start and what was your initial inspiration?
Our initial beginnings were as a kid’s event company, but then our inspiration pivoted into what we considered an underdeveloped area, so we went out to create a community for moms and women.
3. What do you feel differentiates you from others in your field?
Our club is a group of women who come together for a common purpose, such as socialization, networking, personal and professional development. We try our best to provide opportunities for our members to connect with each other. We view our club to be inclusive, respectful, and supportive of our members and the broader community, and we strive to create a positive and welcoming environment for all.
4. What do you feel gives you longevity in the industry with so many options?
Our ability to adapt to the changing needs and interests of our members. Our club is able to stay current and relevant to its members and are we believe it will make us more likely to remain popular and successful over time. Also, our strong and supportive community within the club will contribute to our longevity.
5. How do you positively impact your clientele?
By Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment: Make sure that all members feel welcome and valued and encourage diverse participation. We also like to foster a sense of community: By encouraging members to connect with each other.
6. What is your favorite part of your job?
Leading the club gives us the chance to make a positive impact: By creating a supportive and empowering environment for women, we can help others develop their skills and achieve their goals, and make a meaningful difference in our community
7. What is the most memorable feedback a client/ has given you?
We love to see women within the club developing friendship.
8. What is the best advice anyone has ever given you? Or what is your quote / words to live by?
I like to remind myself that "Flowers take time to bloom"
9. What do you want to achieve next?
By starting La Femme Fierce we are hoping to start helping working women develop their businesses.
